Most monitor reviews we researched did not outline this as an issue but it's always a good idea to check for interference. The manufacturer claims a range of over 600ft which is excellent. The MBP36 also comes with an "out-of-range" alarm so you will be notified if you are straying too far.
Color 3.5" LCD Screen and Infrared Night Vision Technology - transmitting at 25 frames-per-second on the large, color screen, you will clearly see and hear everything baby is doing. At night, infrared "night vision" technology shows baby in crisp detail without any lights in the room.
Pan, Zoom and Tilt features - Babies will move around, even when sleeping, so the ability to adjust the camera up, down, left or right and then zoom in or out becomes pretty important.
Talk Back feature - If baby becomes agitated and starts to stir, you can calm her by talking to her through the camera from the remote monitor. Also, if one parent is caring for baby in baby's room and needs to talk with the other parent in another room ("can you bring me a blanket?"), this is possible with the 2-way communication feature.
LED sound lights - to monitor sound without the volume, and 5 lullabies built-in, to soothe baby to sleep.
Expandable - You can add up to 4 cameras and an additional parent monitor to this system. Really valuable if you have multiple kids or simply need to monitor multiple rooms.
Room temperature monitor - The MBP36 is equipped with a room temperature sensor which is shown on the receiver's LCD display.

This monitor is one of the highest rated monitors on the market today. All reviews we researched gave this at least 4 or 5 stars. Minor complaints include:
Sound controls. You have to access the sound controls through the touch screen menu so there are no knobs to turn or buttons to push. Easily solved if you set the volume where you want it before you go to sleep.
